PS Brands, LLC is a leading manufacturer & importer of private label, branded and character family socks and related accessories.

Elie Levy; President & Ceo of PS Brands LLC, founded the company formally known as E&E Hosiery Inc. in 1994 at the age of 24.

The company started as a domestic based manufacturer of socks. In 1997, as the market demanded, the company expanded its production base; importing socks from Taiwan, Korea, China and Turkey.

The “Planet Sox” brand was introduced in 1997 and help propel the company into the spot light as an important resource of fashion socks, constantly written up in magazines such as Seventeen, Teen People, and Elle girl.

We are the proud makers of our proprietary brands; Candy Girl® our junior line and Planet Sox® our contemporary line. We have a stable of company owned brands that are exclusive to certain retailers or programs, such as Love Bug®, Details by eeh®, Cozy Soles™, Sweet Kitty™, Suntime™ and Hip Flops®.

In 2005, we expanded into Character Socks, with licenses from Disney, Nickelodeon, Bobby Jack & Mattel. We recently expanded our product assortment into, Sunglasses, Flip Flops, Slippers & Watches with Character licenses such as, Barbie, Hot Wheels, Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake, and Penguins of Madagascar, Pink Panther, Curious George as well as Caribbean Joe for Sunglasses.

In 2009, in an effort to strength our sock distribution into Outdoor, Specialty, Sporting Goods & Shoe Chains, we entered the Branded sock business with iconic brands Fila, Esprit & Coleman.

Our Global headquarters are based in New York City. We have 14,000 square feet of space dedicated to house our; Showrooms, Designers, Sales Team, Production Dept & Retail Planners. We also have an office in Zhuji City, China to handle Sourcing/QC and on the ground Production needs.

Our distribution has expanded to over 10,000 doors in the USA & Canada into such chains as, Wal Mart, Sears, Payless Shoe Source, Meijer’s, JC Penney, K Mart, SRI, Shoe Show, Costco, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Hot Topic, Target, Spencer’s Gift, Loblaw’s & Wal Mart Canada to name a few.

Our products are sold in fine Department stores, Club, Specialty and Mass stores through out the United States & Canada as well as in; Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Mexico, Dubai, Egypt, Japan and China.
