Manhattan, NY - January 28, 2008 - Planet Sox LLC ("Planet Sox") announced today that it has been acquired by Planet Sox Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Creo Capital Partners, LLC ("Creo"). The purchase price was not disclosed.

This acquisition marks Creo's second investment in the hosiery sector, following its acquisition of Mountain High Hosiery in late 2006.

Founded in 1994, PS began as a domestic manufacturer of family socks. In 1997, as the company expanded it launched its proprietary brand Planet Sox. The Company has evolved into a significant player on the character licensing front, holding such licenses as Hanna Montana, High School Musical, Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob, Smurfs and Transformers amongst many others. Planet Sox has expanded its distribution to over 10,000 doors in the USA & Canada and into chains such as Wal Mart, Rite Aid, Sears, K Mart, Target, Dollar General and more.

Elie Levy, who will remain as a substantial owner in the business through his holding company E&E Hosiery and who will serve as President of Planet Sox Holdings, LLC said, "We are extremely excited to become part of the Creo family and benefit from their vast knowledge and experience.
